Please find below the unconscionable clauses contained in our "Terms of Service": we highly recommend you to read them carefully.
Sharing Your Content and Information
You own all of the content and information you post on [im]possible living. In addition:
- For content that is covered by intellectual property rights, like photos and videos (IP content), you specifically give us the following permission: you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any IP content that you post on or in connection with [im]possible living (IP License). You explicitly authorise us to divulgate the contents you upload on the platform and to let them usable by any third party we specifically grant permission to do so, without any further authorization from you. This IP License ends when you explicitly request us to delete your IP content or your account from the platform. We will activate the necessary procedures to satisfy your request, without any obligation for us to verify or ask third parties to delete the contents object of your deletions request, that meanwhile they could have used or published with our permission.
An exception is represented by IP contents published in the "future" section (i.e. any proposal, idea or project). The content published in this section will remain in your complete control and we will need to ask for a specific authorization for any further usage of the mentioned content: uploading IP content on the "future" section of an abandoned building's profile just grant us the right to publish it in the section you choose.
- When you publish content or information, it means that you are allowing everyone, including people off of [im]possible living, to access and use that information, and to associate it with you (i.e., your username and profile picture).
